Empire was the only company that reached out to me when I made six phone calls to other fencing companies. I worked with Darin but every person at Empire I spoke with about my project which was away from my main home was helpful and could answer my questions.
Also, I feel their website is the best out of the six fencing companies I looked at: it allows you to build a fence using Google Earth/Maps. In fact, the price Empire charged me was lower then the fence I created on their website.
Once I went with Empire, Darin came to this old home being used as rental property and great offered advice that I did not think about with a old home and college kids living in it. Empire's construction team was also very professional and they installed a great fence for this College Rental home. I couldn't be more happy with the quality and service from Empire Fencing.
But here is the real reason they deserve a +5 star review: within two weeks of the fence build, a car destroyed three sections of the fence. Not only did Empire rebuild the fence within a week, they also gave me a very low price for the repair. They also allowed me to purchase matching stain so I can stain the deck the same color as the fence. Out of the four contracts I worked with for this college rental home this summer, Empire is by far the best company I worked with in terms of quality, price, and timeliness.

Kind, knowledgeable, respectful, and always willing to lend a hand. I just had Empire install a fence in my backyard to contain my dogs. They got the project done surprising fast compared to what I had expected. They removed an old split rail fence and removed any debris from the installation of the new fence.
The new fence butted up to the house in two spots and butted up to neighbor fences in four spots. I was worried about the gap at the butts because I have small dogs and KC had their people out right away and installed fillers that look very professional and will definitely keep my dogs from squeezing out.
A lawn sprinkler control line was hit by one post hole. We knew it was in the area but were unlucky enough to be right on top of it. Empire fixed it ASAP and at no additional cost.
I would certainly recommend Empire Fence to friends. I was a very pleasant and stress free experience.
