This large-scale youth complex was built on an old landfill, creating major structural and soil stability issues. Crews faced buried debris, soft ground, and excessive groundwater throughout construction.

Solution

Our team drove backstop poles 25' deep to stable ground, designed custom footings, and adapted to soil issues, debris, and unexpected delays on site.

Outcome

Despite weather disruptions and constant coordination across multiple fields, we delivered a fully playable facility on schedule. Thanks to fast thinking and proven field-building experience, the complex opened on time, safe, and game-ready.
